This sun hat is comfortable and does a great job keeping the sun off your face, ears, and neck. The neck flap is not removable. Works well for fishing, boating, gardening, or any other outdoor activities where you'll be in the sun for long periods.I ordered it for my husband. It's not his favorite style, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do and fits comfortably. The material feels well made and durable.

If you happen to not need them, they can be removed. I picked color that could blend with whatever I was wearing to fish. It is made well. The fabric in the back is very thin. The air should be able to flow if there is a breeze. The brim in front is very stiff. It will shield your face from the sun. It is a nice hat. Here’s hoping it will be my lucky hat to catch fish with. I feel it is a nice value.

This hat is so lightweight and with breathable mesh material. I love how adjustable the brim is so it fits my head perfectly once I figured out how to use the cord adjustment. I like how long it hangs in the back to protect the back of my neck and the upper part of my back there. The front brim is wide enough to shield my eyes but not so wide that it obscures my view. I expect to get lots of use from this hat either when I'm out boating and around the garden. It fits so snuggly between the brim adjustment and the chin cord that I don't think it's going to be blown off in a heavy breeze. Really like this hat. Also, having a place to tuck in the ends of sunglasses to hold them secure is a wonderful bonus. Mine would otherwise fall right off or I'd get annoyed having to hold them or tuck one end into my shirt or bathing top.

One size does not fit all! The hat looks nice but fits so tight on my head there is no gap between the hat and my scalp. Yes, my scalp gets quite warm.If you normally wear a hat with size Large or larger, I do not recommend this hat.
