Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Returns

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

7. After the return, the funds will return to the same way.

exelente material y muy bonito
Size and color were perfect. The letters get a bit scrunched after going through the wash because the shirt or the vynil shrunk. 4 stars because the pinched fabric around the letters doesnt look good and feels a bit annoying.

Typical UPF 50+ fishing shirt. 2nd one I've bought from Palmyth. Probably more of a pinkish/red color than the brickish looking color that comes across online. The graphics on the shirt are a heat transfer and not dyed into the fabric, so I would expect that over time they'll start to fall off. If that's important to you: My other Palmyth shirt is the grey one with the large mouth bass on the back. Those graphics are sublimated into the fabric and aren't going to fall off. Docking it into the 4 star range for the heat transfer graphic and slight difference in color, but for the price and functionality, it's totally fine.
