Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Returns
If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
6. The order number needs to be included in the package. You can print out the order detail page or contact us via: partnerships@palmyth.com
7. After the return, the funds will return to the same way.

This is a light weight summer type t-shirt. The fit was right on, and the graphics perfect. I have washed it twice now and I have not seen any significant srinkage. I would purchase another one.

I'm a legit size large(6' 165lbs) but the size large felt more like an XL so size down. Returned and awaiting a medium. Great material and well made but so hopefully the fit will be better by sizing down.

These are absolutely great products, I don’t fish but the shirts are amazingly comfortable, well made and fit perfectly! I have purchased several of them since I bought the first one.
Husband had some Salt Life shirts that are now too large since he lost weight. I bought him several of these shirts to replace them. He loves them and I think they may actually be better quality than the "name brand" shirts.
I got this shirt for summertime fishing and the like the material that they are made out of is extremely breathable and these are very comfortable shirts to wear. They fit me well I normally wear a medium and that’s what I ordered. The length of the shirt is good and goes down to my pants pockets. I really enjoy their funny take on all the graphics they use for their shirts.
