We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Returns

If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

Notice for returns

The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. 

4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Great find

This was a great dry-fit shirt to wear at the beach. The fabric was light weight, held up good in the salt water and pool water, and washed well (wash in washing machine- hang dry). This shirt was exactly as described and the size was spot on. I feel this shirt was a great value for the good quality of the shirt. I bought three of these shirts for a trip and would definitely buy again if needed.

Quality shirt

Good quality lightweight sun shirt. The blue is a deep saturated color that has not faded or bleed in the wash. I wash on tap cold, delicate cycle with similar colors. I hang to dry to avoid any damage to the item. Has not wrinkled or shrunk the decal is as nice as day one. No problems. Fits true to size. Comfortable smooth feel that does not irritate the skin. Highly recommend.

Soft breathable comfortable shirt. Seems to be made well but I’ve only worn it a few times so far. Feels like under armor material. Shipping was fast and free. I’m a fat guy 5’9 285 and 3x fits perfect. I ordered a 4x in another design the neck bunches up in the back.

Was used to the typical known brands like HUK. Ordered this on a whim for my husband to try. He loved it and he loves it more than his HUK fishing shirts. Doesn’t make you hot, breaths and was wonderful for our hot Florida beach vacation. Holds up to the Midwest humidity as well. Loves even for daily wear.
