Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

I live in South-West Florida where the summer never ends and the sun never stops. Over 300+ sunny days a year so I wear this style of sun-shirt almost exclusively. I usually wear a XXL in this style of clothing. I'm a bigger guy, about 6ft tall, 245lbs with a used-to-be in good shape, moderately muscular build, and a Dad-Bod Belly. I like bigger clothes, but this is a little too big, should have ordered an XL. The fabric is comfortable and soft, and there was no noticeable shrinking after washing and drying. the image on the back is printed, and the branding on the arm is some kind of heat transfer vinyl.

A very nice UV protection shirt. I ordered my husband's normal size and it fit okay, but I will say that these types of shirts are "clingy" and it was a toss-up as to whether we should send it back for a larger size. It fit well in the shoulders...and my husband is a very slim man, so we kept it.
