Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Husband loves this brand. He has a long torso and it fits comfortably on him. We have many shirts from this company. I don’t dry them. However have noticed the stitching has come lose on a few of them at the bottom of the shirt.
Great quality love their shirts true to size
This shirt is super comfy and and for the price is definitely more than worth it. Design is cool and quality is good. Only reason I gave it for stars is the fit is not true to size. I usually wear a size large (5’9-195lbs) and this one fits like an XL shirt. If you want your shirts super oversized order your normal size but if you want it to fit just right I’d order a size down. I paid 11 bucks for the shirt which is a steal. It’s also great at wicking away sweat, not sure about the SPF since I haven’t tested it out on the lake as of yet. Great shirt but beware, sizing is not accurate.

Fits really well, true to size. Materials feel great and wife says it looks good too. I love the light weight fabric and it makes a great summertime shirt. I started wearing these fishing but now I wear them all summer long here in Texas.

These are absolutely great products, I don’t fish but the shirts are amazingly comfortable, well made and fit perfectly! I have purchased several of them since I bought the first one.
L size is what I expected. The length is good because it's longer than most t-shirts. I don't have a problem with the neck size as some reviews stated was too big. I dropped one star because there is no indication of what the sun protection level is. They advertise UPF 50+ but there are no labels showing something like AATCC rating or something from the Skin Cancer Foundation. The product is made in China. My scientific test was to hold it up to a window and look through it. I can see through it but not much. It is denser than my other t-shirts so I believe it offers more protection than they do. That's not how to test a standard. I will probably buy another one once I use this one for a month and see how it does in the wash. It says not to use fabric softener on it. It has a triangle with an X on it which I believe means not to use any kind of bleach on it.
Comfortable shirt just runs a little big
My son loves this brand. It’s his favorite fishing brand. He loves the design on the back. It fits as it should. It has the type of material that moves with you and seems to stretch and fit right. The quality of this brand is great and holds up well. It is sweat wicking and breathable it keeps him cool too.
