I have several other Palmyth Fishing shirts and love them. This one seems to be a slimmer cut than one of my others and I like that. For reference I am 5'11, 180 lbs and the large fits great.This gives you sun protection and it dries quickly when it gets wet so it can be worn in the water.This is 100% polyester and washed well, but in big letters it says " NO Fabric softener" . I found no need to put in dryer because it dries so quickly. This might help with keeping the lettering on the front looking like new as well.The shirt seems to be good quality and I love the stretch the material has which makes this super comfortable to wear when you are being active.Overall, love the shirt and this has just added to my Palmyth shirt collection. I am happy with all of them!

I got this shirt for my boyfriend who hasn't had a chance to try it out in the warm sunny weather yet. The price on this shirt is very fairly priced. Its material is nice and soft and feels good against the skin. It is however quite thin in comparison to other fishing SPF shirts I've seen in the past. I know he was wishing it had thumb holes but it doesn't. The stitching seems just ok. The design is nice and stylish. We got a size large and he is 5'10" 160lbs and the length of the sleeves and shoulders is good but the body seems a bit bigger but he is also toned and has a slimmer frame. Overall, this shirt seems to be a good value for the quality.

This is my fourth Palmyth shirt…for a reason. These people make really nice fishing shirts! I have started fishing in the ocean off the Oregon coast and, even on the best of days, a long-sleeved shirt is pretty much a given as part of your layered clothing. I’m 6’1”/185 and I ordered a size large in grey/white. The shirt is quick drying and has a UPF of 50+ both of which are must-haves for me. The material stretches in all four directions and is uber-soft to the touch. I was surprised to take the shirt off and find that it was not flat-stitched like my other Palmyth long-sleeved shirt. I say surprised because it was so comfortable I didn’t even notice it wasn’t flat-stitched! You can see in my photos that the shirt looks great and fits my frame perfectly. The sleeves and the hem are the perfect length. The neckline (tagless…woop-woop) is also to my liking in that it doesn’t sag nor is it tight like a turtleneck. Additionally, I like the sleeve pattern and the simple, clean Palmyth logo on the chest. Finally, the ~$27 price point is very fair and considerably less than similar higher end big name brands (Huk comes to mind, right?).

I'm a Huk fan, but these Palmyth in any style, I've been very happy with.

I really like Palmyth sun protection shirts. I wear them while riding my horse to keep the sun off of me. I have been using them for years and they hold up really well and wash well and don't hold stains. The material is lightweight and the fit is just right. It is a great value for the money and much cheaper than some of the name brands at big box stores. If you spend time outdoors and want sun protection I would highly recommend these shirts.

My husband is a pool tech and frequently gets wet - which is super uncomfortable when he has to drive to multiple houses during the day and be in the hot sun with a wet shirt that just won't dry. This shirt has been helpful for the windier days when the sun is out and he's working - he said it has kept him dry from pool water or sweat but hasn't been out in the direct sunshine for long enough wearing it to know if it protects from the sun.. but seeing as it is long-sleeve, it should protect from the sun.Color is nice and vibrant, the camo sleeves add a cool touch.
