Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)
Late or missing refunds

Returns
If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
6. The order number needs to be included in the package. You can print out the order detail page or contact us via: partnerships@palmyth.com
7. After the return, the funds will return to the same way.

Great sun protection - wore this for extensive hikes at Grand Canyon in hottest parts of the day. Didn’t even tan through it. Fits as sized, love the bright color (the coral definitely looks more pink than advertised)

Soo cute, runs sooo small. I usually wear an XL, so, I purchased the XXL. I’m thinking I’m going to have to return it. I don’t want to, but just know it runs small.

Runs small through the body. I really liked the look and feel of this shirt. I wanted it, but I just couldn’t wear it. Too tight for me. A person with a slimmer torso is who would look great in the shirt.

Palmyth makes a great shirt. My girl loves it and it looks great on her. UV protection that's comfortable and looks great.
It is very pretty and true to the picture however it runs small in size. It is a thin, lightweight fabric and it is suitable for summer.

I love these fishing shirts , very lightweight, soft and comfortable, pretty also with many colors and designs .good quality and they keep me cool in the Florida heat while working . I bought many , it’s the only ones ill wear . I bought small and fits good , not at all snug and I promise they work , you won’t sweat and will feel cool . Highly recommend
