So I like this top. It is soft and great for being outdoors. Doing whatever. The pockets have a zipper which helps with the fear of losing keys or phone or chapstick or whatever. The snaps make this easy to put on and take off. It looks good. It feels like decent quality and is truly a versatile piece that will be used often. Its a bit to tight for me to snap it over my chest but thats not really a problem 😂 so all in all i like it.

I absolutely love how thin, lightweight and comfortable this women's fishing shirt is! And even with it being so thin, the quality of the fabric is fabulous! It has a flap at the back with mesh lining and is indeed the most breathable shirt fabric I own. This shirt is stylish and looks great with jeans or just about any type of khaki bottom. It snaps along the front, and the side pockets zip so you can safely secure small items you want to keep on your person. My only issue is that the XL size I ordered fits a little too snug for my liking, so you might want to order a size up from your normal size. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on shrinkage. But I would absolutely recommend this shirt if you're considering it.

Definitely lightweight and very smooth/silky feeling (is 100% polyester). It's fitted, so you might want to order a size up if you don't want a tight fit. I got this for my wife in size small because she wears small in everything for tops, and for her it's tight across the shoulders and under her arms when she moves her arms around, (she's a 34 or 36 B; I forget).Lots of features like two zippered pockets, velcro strap on chest, snaps instead of buttons down the front, vented back.Seems like it might snag easily on branches/thorns, but haven't tried that out. The fabric has a slight boxed/checkered pattern to it, which adds some interest, and we both like the color. It's pretty versatile too. Its kind of like a business casual fishing shirt.

I do however send a great deal of time outdoors and in hot and humid climates. It is for this reason I tend to really like the features good fishing shirts have built into them.This women's shirt is no slacker when it comes to its design. The cut is flattering yet comfortable no matter your activity. The back vented section is generously sized with a good mesh which allows the shirt to breathe easily and helps keep your sweat from sticking around (pun intended, however accidental when initially I wrote the sentence). The fabric is lightweight yet blocks the UV rays to help minimize chance of sunburn anywhere the shirt covers skin. It won't protect your arms except in the shoulder area, but I expect most people realize this already. There are dual zippered pockets, one on the lower left and the other on the lower right of the shirt front. The zippers are of the hidden sort and are well set. The only visible indicator of a pocket is the small metal zipper-pull dangling. The colour is so expertly matched that it really isn't noticeable. The pockets have a decent amount of space but aren't overly generously sized. There is a small flap with a velcro attachment that serves as a rod holder, but could be used for other things, such as sunglasses. This flap has the shirt's logo on it, so if it's not in use it doesn't draw too much attention to the left upper chest where it resides. The collar is comfortable and well sized. The snaps are plastic, which is not great to me, but I understand why they are made that way.The fabric tends to dry rather quickly regardless if it becomes wet with sweat or water. Although other substances haven't been tested by me, yet...Overall it is a nice shirt with a fitted design that works well for female bodies. It can be worn by any gender identity though, so do not think you are limited by the female flattering features. If you like it, wear it!The shirt is machine washable, but do NOT use fabric softener as it impacts the features of the material in a detrimental way.Made in China

Let me start with the one negative. We got what is supposed to be a "women's" XL size, but it is not close! It's very small for an XL. Perhaps this is actually a youth they sent by mistake??? I included a pic of the label. I like the shirt, so I only took one star for the sizing. Ok, as the shirt design, it's ok depending on what your desires are. The material is this, to keep you cool and not sweaty. However, it will show "everything" underneath. I included a pic where I put it on a black background with one section doubled and the other side visibly shows the black background. The butttons are plastic, which will keep the sun from making them hot, but they will wear out quicker. The venting is done well, but the overlap is a little slight for me, although acceptable. So good shirt if you are in the hot sun and need to stay cool, but you need to wear something underneath, which could take away the effectiveness of what you bought the shirt for. You decide. If this actually fit, my wife would probably go ahead and adapt, but it don't fit so we will never know.

A simple polo not made by Ralph Lauren just doesn't justify this price point. These are at goodwill in abundance. It came a bit wrinkled, but no biggie.Eady to wash, line dry I would recommend. True to size, other colors available and soft thick material.

The pockets show through the lightweight fabricI’m 5’, 117 lbs with wide shoulders and no curves and typically wear a size Medium or Large (chest 37”). The size Large fit well in the chest but just barely like a ‘slim fit’ Large so if you’re between sizes size up for a looser fit. I plan to wear this shirt primarily as an overshirt for sun protection for shopping or hiking. The fabric is super soft and comfortable and the branding gives it a sporty look vs a dress shirt look. Recommend.

For out door activities this is great, color is nice and looks like it will be durable. Easy to wash and it does not wrinkle so no need to iron. Comparing to other well known brands it looks as good and is better value. Sizing is spot on for me as a medium. Quality is spot on.

Things I like about it:Zippered pockets. YES PLEASE. In general women’s gear tends to fall short on pockets, and pockets with zippers so I don’t lose my things are amazing. This is especially critical for outdoor gear, when you NEED to carry things, and if something falls out a pocket into the water, it’s just gone (high grass is also a pain).Lightweight. Even a little lighter than some name brand ones I own. This is kind of a double edge, because I’m not sure how long this one is going to hold up. I’ve had some of those name brand ones for years, so we’ll see how this does. But in general yes you want these lightweight, or you just sweat, and that’s not ideal.Things I didn’t like:Sizing runs small - If you’re going to make women’s gear, don’t just tuck it in the waist to give it a “shape.” Yes we like to look nice while we do things but it’s more important that things fit right. In particular the chest and arms were snug.

BUYER BEWARE! This runs so small. I ordered an XL, could wear a large but I like room. I could not button this shirt, not even close. It is the equivalent of a small-medium.

I have never heard of a women's fishing shirt. But, I had to order this. We have a daughter who loves, loves, loves to fish in spring and summer seasons, especially when she and her husband take their 8 year old out on the boat with them. She takes all sorts of things from umbrellas to protect from the sun, especially if they decide to do shore fishing, and she uses sunscreen, etc. I saw this shirt, and wow, that's pretty cool to have a shirt just for fishing. This is a nice blue color, UPF 50, light weight enough, but has zippers, and a back panel that allows for airflow so that the person standing in the sun, shoreside, or boating can have the convenience of a the mesh vent to allow for cooling. It also features a chest rod holder loop. I don't fish, however, these are some very nice features in a shirt for women. It has snap closures, a shirt tail hem, is made of poly, is comfortable, and she did say it washes well, and didn't shrink. Plus a great price for such a versatile shirt. She really likes it.

Comfortable shirt that looks nice for sports wear, daily wear, or business casual wear. It’s versatile. It can be worn as an outerwear over. T-shirt for extra warmed. It’s light weight, sweat wicking, airy, has pockets. On the slim side. Seems gender neutral as well.

I ordered the Extra Large Navy Palmyth Women’s Fishing Shirt (Short Sleeve with Zipper Pockets & Mesh Back) for working outside and taking on camping trips. The shirt fits snug; for context, I am 5' 2", 173 pounds, and a C-cup. I am in the process of losing weight, so I expect that losing just five pounds will make the shirt fit perfectly. The navy color is dark and uniform. The design is breathable, lightweight, and has a polished, professional look. The buttons are made of heavy-duty plastic, which is a nice touch. I washed it on a cold, delicate cycle and dried it on low heat to protect the buttons; it didn't shrink at all. I would definitely buy this again.

I like the cut and fit of this "fishing" shirt, as well as the details: small snap buttons, two zippered pockets for light weight items, ventilated back placket, and "rod holder," although I might use that to hold my sunglasses if needed. It is advertised as having four-way stretch, but I find the stretch to be minimal. Since the size is true and it's not restrictive that is fine for me. My concern is that the shirt fabric is see-through. It might work over a swimsuit top but a bra will be visible.
