Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Notice for returns

Great quality hat! I did end up returning it due to my husbands watermelon head. The hat does not have any stretch to it, so if you’re on the larger side for a head, it might not fit.The condition when arrived was great and had very protective packaging.

The hat is a great quality and is woven quite tightly, but it isn't breathable so if you're looking for a breathable summer hat I recommend you look at another product.
I got this hat for my dad. He loves to be outside working around the yard and I wanted to get him something that would keep his head and ears from sun burn. The texas heat don't play so this was perfect. He loves it and says it fits perfectly. It doesn't fly off his head like others would and it keeps his head cool. Definitely would recommend

The hat arrived today. I had sent a message asking for care in packing as there were reviews where others’ hats had arrived damaged. Fortunately, all was fine.This is a one-size hat. It fits me just fine, and my head is about 59 cm at the hat band area. If your head is much larger than this, the hat may be tight.Plenty of brim for sun shading, which is what I needed this for. No flop to the brim, which is also what I needed.This will be great for gardening and hiking. Beach-going is rare for me, but I will use it for that when needed, and it will definitely help shade my face.I’m happy with this hat too
