We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Returns

If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

Notice for returns

The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. 

4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Fit is strange

This fit is a little strange. The shoulder area is a little big and the arms are small. It really isn't that soft. Good for working out, but I wouldn't wear it any other time.

Fabric is nice feeling. Sizing however is way too snug I got XL and honestly don’t think the XXL will be enough of a difference. Company REALLY needs to adjust its sizing. Maybe even include the chest width (arm pit to arm pit)

Cute and very bright coloring. I sized up one size, and it was still too small. I did a return as I don't believe that even another size up would be flattering. I worry it would cling. If you are not worried about hiding your stomach this is a great shirt!

Boy oh boy. The first shirt I got had three stains on it. I sent it back with a note, so hopefully no one will get that shirt. The new shirt I just received is perfect. It's comfortable, the quality is great, and I really like the color.

Way too small!

I'm 5'7" and about 187lbs. The XL is way too small! It fits me like a medium would in any other shirt. This brand really needs to do some resizing of their products.. Other than the size issue, the material is shiny for some reason which isn't depicted in the photos. The shirts look matte. They're not.

I love this shirt! Please make more colors.

I LOVE these shirts! I live in a very sunny and hot climate, and sun protection is a must and they are so flattering. I bought the shirt in 4 different colors so far. My only feedback is that there needs to be more colors in short sleeve and long sleeve. My regular shirt size is medium and that’s what I bought in these shirts. The shirt may run a little small, but the medium has been fine for me.

This shirt is soft and great quality. The design looks great. I, unfortunately, had to return this as it was a bit too snug on my body. It is a very fitted top so it was not the most flattering for my body type. But, based on the quality of this item, I would definitely purchase from this company in the future if I lost about ten pounds or wanted to give a quality gift to someone else.
