Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds

Returns

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

My son loves this shirt
I got this shirt for my 12 year old son to wear to fish. I’m always on the fence about sizing since he’s a lean kid, and wanted to help others with that. He’s 5’1, and 100 pounds. The large fits him perfectly. The only thing that’s off to me is it isn’t very long. It hits him just below the waist. All other shirts I get for him (Nike, Sonoma, Under Armour, Columbia) fall around mid-thigh for a large on him. I’m afraid if I got an x-large though, it would be too big everywhere else. I got him a T-shirt by the same brand as well, and it is also on the shorter side. Otherwise, everything else is great. The material is light and comfortable. The color and print are as pictured.
Shirts are nice. Print is great, just as pictured but the overall size is off. The shirt seems to be way too short. We got the yxl and when my son raises his arms his shirt comes way to far up. He doesn't like that. He is tall and skinny.
