Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds

Returns

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

I wanted a clam gun from Costco but missed out. I'm glad as this was $10 cheaper, and came with gloves and a net! It works perfectly. This video is my 14 year old catching a clam. We got our limit!
The metal body of this clam gun is very nice. Absolutely no problem with drilling into packed sand. I got a lot of clams with it. However, the rubber handle does not match the durability of the gun itself. It tore after 2 trips.
Used the Clam gun over a three day dig, it worked great. The vent made pulling the clam gun much easier. The clam gun held up well so far. I like that tube has a larger diameter, so it reduces potential clam damage. This clam gun is slightly heavier than my narrow full tube aluminum clam gun.

Good suction, requires a lot of strength to pull up. Wouldn’t recommend for kids or those with little arm/forearm strength. Also note must plug small circular hole under handle for the suction to work

Works great both the gun and really nice net
It worked great when it worked. but the tube kept clogging up and I had to kick/dig the sand out. After 3-4 holes, I went to the water and rinsed it out, then it would work again for a few holes.... that was very tiring..... not sure why this kept happening.
The net is a standard net, like the gloves. The actual shovel is just okay. It is a good set if you have not clammed before. Not the most durable set but not bad for the price. Just be ready to upgrade when you get better or start clamming more.
This package was exactly what I needed as an entry level starter kit. Super good price and good quality.
Clam gun is great alone, all you need is a bucket 👍
The first day I used the clam gun, the rubber cover on the handle came off and started to roll around on the handle. So I couldn't block the handle hole properly and sand fell in the middle. It was so inconvenient.
The clam gun is super easy to use for digging up razor clams. Almost every time I dug a whole it produced a razor clam. Even a couple of little necks. The price is right. The quality is excellent. The weight and size are very comfortable, and it performed like a champ!
When we got them the rubber handles were either already ripped or coming off. After just using them one time three of four rubber pieces are falling off or ripped. I am planning to reach out to Amazon! Other then the handles it was a great deal and product.
