These men's fishing shorts from Palmyth are super comfortable, quick drying, and made to last. The perforated gusset and back panel provide extra ventilation to stay cool.I like that the pockets are easily accessible - especially the 5th pocket for slim tools on the side panel, which serves as a built-in tool holster when you need it most.The only design choice I'm not a fan of is the black outline of the rear pocket. It just stands out oddly in my opinion, but that's just me.

These shorts are great for keeping you cool in hot weather. They are very lightweight and breathable. My husband is 5'9 210lbs with a long torso and the Large fits him great. They are a little see through if you are wearing darker underwear so keep that in mind. If they do happen to get wet they dry very quickly. Awesome pair of shorts for the men! My husband loves them. He's not a fisherman but an outdoor enthusiast, camper, sports lover...and well, definitely a lover of clothes that are super comfy, very functional, and feel good and look good...and can be multipurpose to wear for normal wear or travel or for more action, on the go type activities. These shorts check all those boxes.Great quality all around...the fabric is a nice black shade, very lightweight, soft, feels good, durable, and made for activity, stretchy, getting wet, drying fast, and made to feel nice and airy...it even has like an open mesh type fabric in small area in crotch and up underneath belt area [places where you might sweat a bit!] Button, zippers, etc good quality.Has two regular front side top pockets, one pocket on rear with zipper closings, one pocket on side of leg that holds more slender items, and the other side leg pocket has a zipper enclosure. Has belt loops and zipper + button fit.Fold up small as well.FYI: We ordered the XL and great fit. Husband is 6ft 4", around 230lbs, usually a size 38 pants, XL in other things.Definitely recommend!

Extremely comfortable. Lightweight and quick drying. I would like the front pockets to be a bit deeper. It’s a little confusing from the picture as you might expect that it comes with the tool and leash, but mine did not. I likes these for the length and would wear them as everyday shorts, not just for fishing. Im a 33” waist an and 33” inseam.

Pants are very thin in a good way allowing me to stay very cool temperature wise in them. The size we got matched my expectations based on the sizing chart, ie, the XL matched what I'd consider a 40 waist which fit me well. The charcoal color we received matched the color of the photos. The material appears to be durable even though it's thin and I like the feel of it on me.I love all of the pockets and appreciate that some of them are zippered. I've lost things on the water using non-zippered one, never again!The only con is that they might be a little short but I think that makes sense for something you'd use in this situation.

These shorts are pretty comfortable and the fabric is pretty nice. The zippers and pockets feel like they’re high quality, and I love the scissors pocket. The waist fits loosely on me (31 waist size but usually wear a size 32)

The quality is good, the material is good, there's lots of pockets, there's a zipper, there's a button, there's belt loops, and in general it's a great combination of features. However, these are not anywhere close to being an adult large size, so they're barely usable for myself or most likely other adults. Normally an XL pretty much falls off me and a L fits perfectly, bit these in a Large are what I woukd call a Medium.Other than being sized extremely in the small size I really like them. The material is lightweight and very comfortable and the option for wearing a belt is really nice. There's an abundance of pockets for carrying keys, wallet, or other supplies.Normally a Large fits perfectly, but these just don't really fit the way they should in my opinion. I can just manage to wear these in a functional manner. I would classify these as nothing other than a Medium.They're relatively easy to wash and care for. The charcoal color is very appealing. These are sized just way too small in my opinion, so I'd advise you to take that info consideration if you're going to order them.

Not much can ruin a good day on the river, that’s for sure. Having the wrong gear sure can. These moisture wicking shorts by Palmyth may very well become the most essential part of your summertime fishing trip! first off, the brand tags these shorts as a second skin. This couldn’t beCloser tothe truth as my trial wear showed me, I can almost forget I even have them on! The utility is fantastic! Feature one is a reinforced back pocket. I like that the top has a protected edge to it since sometimes the tools you need to take out or put into a pocket might be rough on a pocket edge so this is a fantastic feature. Second feature, generous pockets made of the same material the shorts are, so no additional weight is added. Next feature, we go to the utility pocket on the left leg very light and airy. I wouldn’t put any tools in this pocket. I think this is a great location to put ID in as it’s readily accessible and easy to check on. Next, the compact utility pocket which is on the right leg is lined with a slightly tougher material than the shorts are made with. I could see putting a pair of needle, nose, pliers, multi tools, or even hooks, spoons, jigs into. I feel like I could take it. I think this pocket would be able to hold up to most of that. The waist has belt loop enclosures that I would say are average, two to the front two on the side and one in the back. Product branding is featured in a nice bright white stitch on the lower part of the left leg just beneath that utility pocket. Lastly, and I think most important of all is along the back part of the shorts below the waist is an area of venting, which is perfect for those warmer days when sweat trickles down, moistening the waist of the shorts and make wearing them a little bit less pleasant. I could see this area, drawing out moisture very efficiently. Now, the shorts, resist moisture from the outside coming in, the shorts are able to vent out moisture from the inside going out. The shorts also provide a certain amount UV protection, though, in shorts I’m not entirely sure of the importance of that? Lastly, is the materials ability to stretch four directions. This makes moving and bending in the shorts easy as long as your body moves. Well, the shorts will move with you. Absolutely love these shorts! I’m always in the market for shorts that I grab-for first, whether I’m fishing or not! Shorts are what I prefer to wear. And these are undoubtedly, headed to the top of my most worn list. Can’t recommend them enough.

Comfortable and dried quickly . They are long just passed the knees and look nicer also they have a good amount of pockets for different tools for fishing.

These are a nice light weight pair of cargo shorts. They fit nicely and seem to be well made and look nice enough to wear for daily activities. They seem like they will last a good long while with normal wear and tear. Plenty of nice sized pockets to keep all of your items in and safe from the weather.

These shorts are perfect for a hike or fishing or just going for a walk on a hot day. They’re very lightweight and there are lots of pockets to put things. They fit as expected. They’re a good value for what you pay. They also could look dressy so they are very versatile!

Good fit, lots of pockets, well made. Good quality material that is soft, comfortable, lightweight and dries quickly. Size true to fit. Not lined like swim shorts but not expected to be. Can be worn for fishing or casual wear, definitely versatile.
