We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Returns

If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. 

4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Really like these shirts. I purchased several different colors and wear them often. They’ve held up great through multiple wash/dry cycles. The long sleeve runs true to size, the short sleeve runs a little big.

I can only rate the shirt on appearance and the reaction of the gentleman I bought it for for Christmas. He is a Bigfoot enthusiast so he really like the shirt. All we have to do is wash it and hopefully it'll fit. It seemed true to size.

Best shirt period. I bought almost every one that they sell. So comfortable. Through some of the other very expensive brands away. These dont stain easily. Even blood comes out. I want more designs. I will buy them too as soon as they come out.

Sizing is key

Compré esta camiseta Palmyth de manga larga y la verdad me ha gustado bastante. La tela es muy suave y ligera, además seca rápido cuando sudas, lo cual es un gran plus. Pedí la talla L (peso 86 kg y mido 1.78 m) y me quedó muy bien; las mangas son largas, pero en mi caso eso me gusta porque cubren mejor. Actualmente estoy en invierno, así que no he podido probarla en días calurosos, pero por la sensación que da, estoy seguro de que va a ser bastante fresca y cómoda para actividades al aire libre. En general, muy conforme con la compra.

These shirts are really well made. The fit is exactly what it should be. A lot of times I’ll order a shirt in size large and it seems like it’s smaller than it should be. I always felt like somehow saving money on materials was why they were undersized.But these shirts are great! I ordered two different ones ( colors and prints) and they are exactly the same size, no variations.Packaging was beautiful!So happy with this purchase and I will recommend to others for sure.Martin
