The Palmyth Ruched Skort is comfortable and versatile depending on what your plans are. I like that the pockets are deep enough to hold items like keys, lip balm, etc; the skort has a right side pocket with an inner zipper pocket and silent plastic snap while the left side pocket has silent plastic snaps; if you lift up the skirt portion there are build in shorts with a pocket large enough to hold a cell phone. The body of the skort is 100% polyester, so it won't wrinkle as easily and the lining or short is 83% polyester and 17% spandex. I are ordered according to the size guide, and XL fits but an XXL would have been better but it wasn't available. I plan on wearing these when I go kayaking because with the material they will help repel the water and dry better if they do get wet. The price point is reasonable when compared to similar products.

LOVE this! All women's bottoms should have pockets, period. If I could have designed a pair of shorts myself, these would be close to it! Pockets, pockets, pockets everywhere. I hate having to hold my phone because i don't have a place to stash it. Not only does it have two side pockets but there's also a small zipped pocket to keep critical items safe. And there's another hidden pocket on the built-in shorts! LOVE.The style is comfortable and sporty - perfect for a round of golf or just hanging out. The waistband has enough give to allow for some "expansion." I want more in other colors.Did I mention POCKETS?!

I love this little skort. I have been wearing around the house since I got it. I am not a huge fan for thick waist bands but this one does not bug me as much. The spandex shorts underneath feel really good. I did not realize until I took this pic that it has a secret pocket in the spandex. I like secret compartments. The side pockets are so cool. Maybe I need to get out more but the clasps are to mimic velcro but it is like interlocking puzzle plastic. It is so cool so if you get it wet it will still close or it will not wear out over time. I would recommend this for any girl with an active outdoor lifestyle.

This skort is perfect for sportswear. The fabric is snag proof, and water repellent. The inner-lining shorts are breathable, comfortable, stretchy and flexible allowing for plenty of movement. It has an extra wide elastic waistband That is very comfortable and holds the skirt firmly in place. There are two deep functional pockets in the front and they have a strong Velcro closure. The sides seems have drawstring so you can adjust the ruching to the desired fit. Fantastic. A Real Value. These Are Very Adaptable To Different Activities. I'd Suggest Going To A Beach Bar Or Restaurant After Water Based Activities, This Skort Would Be Suitable Without Changing. Excellent Stitching, No Bulky Or Out Of Place Seams. They Are Soft And Have Deep Front Pockets With The Neatest Closure I've Ever Seen... Perfect For Closing With Wet Hands. The Right Hand Side Has A Zippered Pocket Along With The Regular Pocket. Very Clean And Even Hemline. These Have An Under Short, Not An Under Panty, Which Is Incredible In Itself. They're An Appropriate Length But If You Need To Shorten Them For Shallow Water, You're All Set With The Ruching Straps At Both Sides. The Waistband Doesn't Have Any Bunching In The Front, Which Leaves A Clean Look And No Pinching Or Chafing When Carrying A Lap Pouch. Overall A Great Outdoorsing Purchase. This skirt fits really well and is versatile. Made of durable fabric and with a stretchy waistband, it is great for a day at the beach or lake. The built in shorts underneath are a softer stretch fabric that fits snug without bunching and allows you to be active with the look of a skirt with the coverage of shorts without the traditional skort look. And best of all it has pockets.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never ordered this brand, but I was not disappointed!This is true to size. The elastic is very stretchy and thicker so it won't break easily.The seams and hems are sewn nicely. Material is soft, and i love the rushing. I always love having built in shorts, as it gives you a sense of security.This would be very versatile. I've worn it with tanks and regular sleeveless tops.Great value, and I'm glad I got them!

We own a boat and this skort is perfect for outdoor adventures like boating or golf, casual wear and running errands. I’m always looking for water resistant shorts or skorts that I can use while boating. We get wet on our dinghy, and I like things that will dry off quickly, because I’m not always wearing a bathing suit. Skorts offer the feminine characteristics of a skirt, but have built in shorts. These are perfect for many outdoor activities as they are water resistant, the water rolls right off the skirt portion of the skort. The shorts are not water resistant. The built in shorts are not compression style, they fit loose and provide privacy under the skirt. The skort has a tie ruched on the sides, as well as a comfortable waistband. What I really like about this skort is the two side pockets have a hook and rubbery lock tab closure so your bigger personal items can’t fall out of your pocket. There’s also a smaller zippered key pocket, along with a back pocket. They are also great to wear to a water amusement park because the skort will quickly dry off. I am 5’5”, 118 pounds wearing a size small. The skirt runs slightly big, it’s not comparable to a small tennis skirt. This skort is high waisted, but the waist band is stretchy and does not fit tight. I play tennis, originally I thought these were going to work for tennis, but the material is not the same as a Tennis skirt. The material is a thicker nylon. Even though I don’t play golf, I think these could be used as a golf skort. They are currently priced just under $30 which is very reasonable. Surprisingly, the tie cinching on the side stayed tied all day!

I’ve tried a few of the Palmyth branded products and so far have been happy with all of them. As an active mom to a toddler I find that I need comfort and coverage on an everyday basis. So escorts with short liners underneath are my go to Mom uniform. I really like that. This one is a bit longer length but has the ties on the side where you can make it shorter if you want. There’s plenty of pockets for my phone or any little toys. My little guy hand me throughout the day. The material is soft and stretchy and the waistband is comfortable and a little bit high waisted so it hits right above your belly button. The large fits me well at 5’9” about 175.* When I interact with a product, generally I rate based on the following:* 1 Star: The product is terrible, not suitable for its intended use, or the seller was deceptive. This ruched skort is so comfortable and slimming that I will order in another color. The high waisted detail holds everything perfectly in place, yet still comfortable to wear without feeling tight. The ruched side skirt is adjustable for length and flattering. There is a side pocket on the left side which is large enough to hold my phone securely. The material is a water repellent and does have a slight sheen to it. I ordered the light gray in a size medium. The gray is very light in color and can easily go with any color top. I will definitely consider ordering the black and navy. The under short doesn’t strangle my thighs and moves easily with me. I wear this skirt to play pickleball and not only is it flattering it very comfortable. There are also two small pockets on each hip but honestly I don’t put anything in them but you could put a set of keys. Very happy with this skort. Flattering, comfortable to wear, water repellent fabric all of this at a great price point and excellent quality material.
