Palmyth wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased.
We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Returns

Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

7. After the return, the funds will return to the same way.

True to size, love the protection on my arms and loved the color and the image on the back of the shirt.

This Fishing shirt is comfortable and the sizing was good. I typically wear a medium and purchased the large for comfort while on the boat fishing. The color is true to the picture, and the quality seems to be good so far. The thumb hole sleeves made it so I didn’t need to use fishing gloves.
super cute design and rashguard material seems like quality.I gave it four stars because the design is starting to pucker and peel away after just a few washings.

The shirt was a little big through the chest for me, perhaps a medium would fit? The biggest issue that I'm not sure size can fix is the length of the arms. It goes down past my finger tips and I can't really make it work by using the thumb hole either. I'm going to keep it because the fabric is great . I'll just have to push the sleeves up to my forearms so I don't look like a little kid wearing my moms shirt. For reference, I'm 5'3".
If you work outside in the heat , you need to buy these shirts ! They’re great quality , soft and lightweight , stretchy and very comfortable ..Most important is they do keep me cool and dry !I started off trying one and now have pretty much ever color and design , they’re all so pretty .It’s the only thing I’ll wear .. cause it really does work !and I live in Florida (unfortunately)I normally wear xs but they don’t have in xs , so I went with the small and it fits comfortably not too big . If you’re considering these fishing shirts , I promise they work and the price is right .It’ll be your favorite as they are mine .Definitely recommend you try it , you won’t be sorry
